Friends,
It has become abundantly clear to me that I can no longer balance being the S&C Coach/Gym Owner I want to be while being the Fireman I want to be. Out of respect for both professions, I have decided to step down as co-owner of CrossFit Santa Rosa.
I do have plans to come back to coaching in some limited role, somewhere down the line, but am taking a break for now. In the meantime, If anyone would like to get a beer or something my number is on the whiteboard.
I apologize to anyone whom I have dissapointed with this decision but it’s one I must make for my personal well being. I love you all, working with you was one of the best experiences I have had and I wish you all the best of luck.

As everything is always all about me, I have to say I’m totally bummed. I’ve really enjoyed your coaching — you have a great ability to provide easy-to-understand tips so that complicated movements are made more simple. And your easy- going attitude has made classes a lot of fun.
Best of luck, Thomas, I hope we still get to see you!
Tom,
I enjoyed working with you too and will miss your crotch-seeking missile of a dog. Give me a call sometime.
T – I’m going to miss your excitement/your making fun of me during our training sessions! I hope I still get to see you around. I’ll be taking you up on that beer offer.
Right in bri, I can make fun of you when we have that beer if you want.
Thomas, I am hellsa going to miss you (I had to throw in the hellsa)! We should definitely hang out, because life just won’t be the same without you and Outkast. Good luck with everything! We’ll all miss you.
Thomas, if you are half as good a firefighter as you are a CF coach then the world is a safer place! You rock and I’ll miss your funny jokes and great tips that get me out of head. I know I’ll be seeing you out for a beer…hopefully sooner than later. Thanks for making my CF experience that much sweeter! Lots of love to you dude!
Thomas,
Sorry dude. But I’ve taken a poll and decided you’re not allowed to leave. If I have to build a kegerator in the corner of the box, you’ve gotta stay. In all seriousness, we Kuckers wish you the best and hope to see you in the future so I can crush you at Fran. Once I’m all better (and back in shape, and 15 years younger, and much more flexible, and have a new set of 18 year old lungs). Yup, it’ll be then!
Brit – if hadn’t put in the “hellsa” I would have been worried.
Emily – thankyou very much. See you Saturday.
Josh – I’m down for an ER FRAN, although I don’t know what that would consist of.
So so so SAD!!!!! We’re going to miss you T!
Say WHAT!
Don’t be a stranger man.
